বিধি – নিষেধ এবং শর্তাবলী
- যদি 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে কোনও পণ্যের ত্রুটি হয় তবে তা ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে তবে নিশ্চিত হন যে পণ্য, এটির প্যাকেজ এবং অন্যান্য জিনিসগুলি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত এবং অনুপস্থিত না হয় এবং অবশ্যই পণ্যের অনবক্সিং ভিডিও থাকতে হবে ডিটেলস সহকারে। দ্রষ্টব্য: 24 ঘণ্টার পর গ্রাহকরা টাকা ফেরত চাইতে পারবেন না। কিন্তু 24 ঘণ্টার পর গ্রাহককে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে হবে।
- যদি 7 দিনের মধ্যে কোন পণ্যের ত্রুটি হয় তবে কোম্পানি ওয়ারেন্টি পরিষেবার জন্য কুরিয়ার খরচ বহন করবে।
- ঢাকার বাইরে এবং শহরতলির বাইরে আমরা কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করি। কুরিয়ারের শর্তাবলীর কারণে কুরিয়ার কোম্পানি ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যটি প্রদর্শন বা খোলার অনুমতি দিতে পারে না।
- ঢাকার বাইরে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি। গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ কুরিয়ার এর কন্ডিশন চার্জ দিতে হবে। এটা কুরিয়ার উপর নির্ভর করে।
আমাদের ঢাকার ভিতরে 3/4 দিনের প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য ডেলিভারি এবং ঢাকার বাইরে 4/7 দিন প্রয়োজন। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য স্টকে উপলব্ধ না হলে। আমরা গ্রাহকের প্রি-অর্ডার পেমেন্ট 3/4 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দিই।
ডেস্কটপ পিসি সাধারণত 1 কেজির বেশি হয়। এজন্য বেস ডেলিভারি এবং কন্ডিশন চার্জের সাথে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
টিভি, প্রিন্টার, মনিটর এবং বড় আকার এবং পরিমাণ পণ্যের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হয়।
- সীমিত স্টক এবং মূল্য আইটেম জন্য কল সবসময় স্টক পাওয়া যায় না বা আইটেম মূল্য স্থির হয় না।
- কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল হলে, 3 থেকে 10 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে গ্রাহককে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে (যদি গ্রাহক ইতিমধ্যে অর্ডারের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন)।
- পণ্য ইনস্টলেশনের জন্য আমরা অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের জন্য শুধুমাত্র ইনস্টল এবং কনফিগার বা OS ইনস্টলেশন করি। আমরা অতিরিক্ত অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা সফ্টওয়্যার প্রদান করি না এবং অন্য ডিভাইসের জন্য কনফিগার করি না।
Terms & Condition
- If any product fault in 24 hours then it might be refund but be sure that product, it’s package & other things not be damage and missing with detailed unboxing video. Note: After 24 hours customer can’t ask for refund. But After 24 hours customer have to Claim Warranty.
- If any product fault in 7 days then company will bear the courier expenses for warranty service.
- Outside Dhaka and suburb we deliver product via courier. Because of terms and condition of courier, courier company are not able to permit to show or open the product in the time of delivery.
- Cash on delivery for Outside Dhaka. Customer must have to pay Condition Charges of Courier with the Defined Delivery Charges. It depends on courier.
- We need 3/4 Days Pre Order product delivery Inside Dhaka and 4/7 Days for Outside Dhaka. If Product is not available in stock for some case. We refund the Pre Order payment of the customer within 3/4 working Days.
- That’s why extra delivery charge will applicable with the base delivery & condition charges.
- Delivery charges vary for TV, Printer, Monitor and Big Size and Quantity Products.
- Limited Stock and Call for Price items are not always available in stock or item price is not constant.
- If any order cancel, Money will refund to customer (If customer paid already for the order) within 3 to 10 Working days.
- For product installation we only install and configure or OS installation for the ordered product. We don’t provide extra application or software and not configure for other device.
